So very sorry to hear of the death of Sr Quinlan, such a very kind assistant Matron when we trained in Waterford County & City Infirmary. Her kindness to us all extended to us when living in the nurses home too,when often she left us homemade tarts in the kitchen . Lovely memories of a lovely lady. May Alice have one of the best beds in heaven .RIP Condolences to all her family & friends

Assistant Matron Quinlan was a lovely woman. Her support and kindness during our Nurse training was deeply appreciated. Her role as Nurse’s home Sister, made the transition from home to adulthood for all of us who were leaving home for the first time so much easier. My sincere condolences to all her family and friends. Class of 1979 . County and City Infirmary. Waterford.
