I will always remember Allan with a smile. Allan was always looking out for others and just wanted to bring joy to everyone around him. In my day at DCU, you could usually find Allan working at the Nubar, be it behind the bar or working on some motion for the DCUSU / Class Rep Council on his laptop in the corner. A quick chat with Allan always brightened my day. He will be deeply missed by all. My deepest condolences to his family and his friends. Rest in peace Allan.

Allan was one of the kindest souls I ever met in my time at DCU. It wasn't a proper day in the NuBar if Allan wasn't around. I have always, and will continue to, remember him fondly. Suaimhneas síoraí Allan, and my condolences to his family.
The world is an emptier place without you Allan, you were always there with a smile and a big hug. I hope the warmth, humour and love you lived your life with is a comfort to those who loved you. Thank you for everything and rest easy my friend.
Allan you were a true gentleman and a friend to everyone throughout their time in DCU. You were always there to have a chat or cheer someone up. Allan was a great support to me throughout my time in DCU and was a pleasure to sit on the students union with him back in 2016. The kindest soul you would never meet. All my love to you, your family and friends x
As DCU Students' Union's first Postgraduate Officer, and as a friendly face for many years behind the bar, Allan was a staple of Dublin City University to many, and touched the lives of so many more.

May the road rise to meet you, Allan. Rest in Peace.
