I was so sorry to hear of Phonsie's passing. He was one of a kind. A true gentleman and was determined to get me running a Marathon with him, which I promised I'd do for his 90th but Covid stopped that. I always loved to see him walk into the office, especially after Dublin City Marathon as he was so proud of his medal and achievement. Thank you for everything Phonsie and I promise I will stay "pull backed from the table". Keep running the roads of Heaven. 💔💙

I am so sorry to hear of Phonsies passing. We were friends for years as He always rang me for an entry form. He would then take the train up and hand in his entry and give me goodies. He loved calling into the office for a cuppa and a chat. He also wrote a lovely note when my Mam passed. Phonsie was a unique and focused man who was very determined and kept going to the end.
