We have such Fond memories of him and his young family helpers serving hundreds of tasty burgers in Headfort golf club during the Crumlin hospital research centre golf classic. Decades later I saw the same pleasant smile when he would ask me for "A glass of Guinness please Paddy" when I had the pleasure of serving him in Tata's. A true gentleman, may he rest in peace.
