I was very saddened to hear of the death of Amelia. I remember her as a lovely person. Like all the Kearns family she was personable, interesting and generous. As a young girl she took me to tea in Dublin. I’ve met some of her family at Anne’s funeral service and they seem to have all those nice gifts. May God rest her Soul. In time may good memories sustain you. Amelia is the last of a remarkable family who lived on the outskirts of our town. Our families were good friends and we were blessed to know them.
