We wanted to take a moment to offer our sincerest condolences.
I know nothing I say will make your loss hurt less, as losing someone as wonderful as Andy will sting for a lifetime. Andy's joyful spirit and his genuine care and concern for me and my family has always meant a lot.
Although we only met a few times, Andy would ask my dad to send on messages of well wishes and concern, they meant so much, especially in hard times.
I even braved a phone call or two (I'm not a fan of phone calls) to have a chat with Andy because I knew we'd both feel happier after the call.
The impact Andy has made in so many people will never be forgotten.

I remember Andy as a footballer with my father on the Clongorey team that won the Junior B in 1958. ( when I was just a kid!) and then in 1969 when he, the hugely respected JCB driver looked after me, his young cousin in my first job on the buildings in Artane. You were a lovely man Andy. The years have flown by, and now its too late to get to know you better, which was always my stated intention. Condolences to your family and close friends. The Lord have mercy on your soul, gentle cousin with the twinkling eyes.
