I have so many fond memories of Noel (my Venture scout leader) who brought me, along with a bunch of teenagers, to so many places back in the 1980's , camping and hostelling. I learned so much about life during those years and Noel gently nudged and guided us along in a freidly and constructive way... So sad to hear the news. condolences to Mark and family.
Very sad hearing the passing of my friend Andrew. We became politicians, football pundits and experts in the field of everything. Over the last few years Avril and Noel or Andrew as I would call him saved the world for an hour a week. Always in our thoughts and heart. From everyone in St James hospital plaster room on Wednesdays and Thursdays. RIP my friend.
To Avril, Andrew, Mark & Chris, please accept our deepest condolences. We have strong memories of Noels scouting days. Thank you, Noel, for all you gave to the parish and our children.
Dear Avril and All,
Lovely Mass this morning. Very sorry to hear about Noel from Andrew. His varied life was well reflected in the gifts brought to the Alter. He was a gentleman, one of the people I always enjoyed meeting. With best wishes. Pat Igoe
