On social occasions you would never feel left out when Andy was there as he would always say hello and have a chat. Enjoyed his singing very much also.

I had the privilege of knowing Andy through our walking group. He was the salt of the earth type of man, great sense of humour, loved to dance and have a sing-along, a true gentleman and I will miss him sorely. Rest in peace Andy, the world was a nicer place with you in it.

I met Andy through the Coastline walking group and formed an instant rapport. Andy had a fantastic joie de vivre and a great sense of humour. Life handed Andy some lemons, however, he made lemonade. He had a marvellous attitude to life..... always smiling and happy and a joy to be around! I will miss him very much. May Andy rest in peace. I have so many happy memories of the walks we shared through the years and particularly during Covid when a small group of us headed for the Dublin mountains and Andy would always share a bar of chocolate.
