I am very sad to hear this news. I came to know Andy first from my time working in the Penny Hill and was always struck by his kind and gentle manner and the easygoing way he had. I always enjoyed meeting him and having great conversations with him. Andy was a joy to work with in Superior Packaging. Always in good form with a great sense of humour. A five minute walk through the factory could take half an hour if you met Andy on route as he would engage with anybody and you would leave in better form than before you met him. A true gentleman.
