My deepest sympathy to Mary, Eddie, Bernie & each and everyone of Angela’s extended family. Also to Angela’s wonderful friends and neighbours whom She always spoke so fondly of.
I had the pleasure of working with Angela in Usitravel, St. Stephen’s Green during the 1970’s. She was such a joy to work with, always so thoughtful to each of her colleagues, and of course we all benefited from Her wonderful sense of humour.
In more recent years I had the pleasure of catching up with Angela and Maria for dinner in The Trocadero Restaurant, a few times each year, where we rekindled old memories, enjoyed many laughs and caught up with each others lives.
Having heard Angela speak about Her family over those years, I was grateful to meet so many of you at Her Funeral Mass last Monday. I know how sadly Angela will be missed by each of you, but I have no doubt you will all cherish wonder memories of an outstanding Lady, as I will.
