There is no measuring Angela's immense contribution to Longford Parish through the years. I cam picture her selling the Cahedral Circle lines at her familiar staton at the Post Office. I recall her collecting for the Temperance Hall Restoration (with or without a permit!). She assisted in the Thrift Shop, at the weekly bingo and was ever at hand to assist in the Cathedral or at the Presbytery.
She was central to the life of the parish through many years. I recall her smiling face when she was a worthy winner of a Longford Person of the Year award.
I remember Angela warmly and with gratitude. 'Well done good and faithful  sevant'. May Angela be welcomed warmly into her place of rest in the Eternal Kingdom.
