Sincere condolences to all of Angela’s family on her sad passing. I had not seen Angela for many years but have lovely memories of her from our school days in the Lake and other days. We shared a desk together in Maisie Lambe’s class and I was amazed by Angela’s smarts when I was asked to spell “wood” one day. Maisie said no and asked Angela who said “would”. I looked at her and wondered how she knew that!! We were only about 6 - 7 at the most - at the time. We became friends and often visited her at home where I envied the lovely pretty bedroom she had. She was crazy about the American singer Pat Boone!! I always found her to be very gentle, quiet and ladylike. I am so sorry she has passed. May she find eternal peace. Amen

What a beautiful photo of Angela. Sincere sympathy to all her family at this sad time. I knew Angela from when we were children. My mother, Kitty Cleere, was friendly with her parents & we often spent time at their home on Castlecomer Road, playing with Angela & Sheila Dalton. We reconnected after many years when my husband, Donal joined the Samaritans. May she rest in peace.
