- a truly gentle,kind and endearing lady. We have such wonderful and lasting memories of
Angela and her beloved husband Oliver from our days teaching in Moate Vocational School
in the 1970's. A truly charismatic and inspirational lady who left an indelible impression on all
who came in contact with her and in particular those students who passed through her gentle
hands.

I have fond memories of the McManus home in Driney where my late Dad Packie and Angela's dad Charlie spent many nights in friendship chatting till the early hours. Charlie always looked out for us coming from Rossy school to our home in Listermacrone and if we dallied near the bridge he would encourage us to head on home in safety.
I last met Angela at my late mothers funeral. Angela was a lovely warm and friendly woman and no doubt will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of sharing her journey.
May her gentle soul rest in Gods peace.

In more recent times, it was great to meet with Angela in Drumcong when she attended Jim Kelly's funeral. She was a wonderful character.
