Deeply saddened to hear of Angela’s passing. Spent many happy years as a pupil in the same class as Angela in the "Holy Family". Will always remember her passion for and in-depth knowledge of history not to mention her wisdom, wit and empathy. A truly good person. Deepest sympathy to all her loved ones.

My deepest condolences to Raphael, Hannah, and Daniel on the passing of Angela Ryan, (Mrs Ryan) as I had her as my principal for six years. I will always remember her going around the school with a packet of makeup wipes in her hand, getting us all to take our makeup off in school and telling us to pull our skirt down to our knees as we used to have it up over the knees, her famous line in school was “off and away” when everyone had their phone out instead of in their locker, she was a great principal I will always remember her. Dear Raphael, Hannah and Daniel,

Words cannot express my sadness. What a wonderful lady. Thank God we had such a wonderful day for Hannah's and Gearoid's wedding in February. That day she looked so radiant. Her love of life and belief in the future allowed her to be so encouraging to everyone especially her pupils.

Be assured of my prayers. I am so sorry that I can't make it to Newbridge to be with you for the funeral services. But I will be united with you all in prayer before the Lord. These days of Easter reminds us that our faith in the Risen Lord gives meaning to all our lives even while we look into darkness. Angela was a woman of faith, may her faith sustain you in these times.
