I only heard of the passing of Ann on the 18th of January and I was completely shocked and very saddened, Ann was a beautiful person inside and out one of very best on Roseglen Road. I loved the bones of her always there if anyone was in need and always had a smile on her face. she will be back in the arms of your beautiful daughter and sister Gillian you are all in my thoughts and prayers she will be such a great loss to this world.

When I visited the office or even talking to her over the phone was a joy, she was one of those people you meet and know right away was genuine and helpful. We spoke about holidays, family, and the topic of the day, and a little bit about work, but we never spoke without having a good laugh.

In the quietest of moments, we'll find a smile, Remembering the times, you made life worthwhile, For the friend we've lost, the laughter we shared, In the moments of joy, when you truly cared.
