I am forever grateful to Ann for her kindness and consolation to me as my mother was dying in Rosenalee care home last May. She made a permanent impact as I had to deal with the acute grief and loss of my Mum very shortly after the death of my Dad. She will always be in my thoughts as kindness like that is rare. A very special lady with the warmest of smiles. May She Rest in Peace.
