Ann (Catherine) O'Dea

Ann, you are sorely missed , you were a teacher and a thinker, thank you for the memories, I am more the richer for having known you.

We miss Ann so much - for her kindness, sense of humour, and one-of-a-kind approach to life. We always loved singing with her and everyone in our corner at the Crane. When the sun came out today after her Month's Mind Mass, I couldn't help but think she might be singing, Lazing on a Sunny Afternoon, and we'd all join in on backup. xx

I did not know Ann personally, but my work colleagues in the Access Department at GMIT did and they've told me that Ann was an incredibly gifted, well-respected colleague with an inquisitive mind. She was an integral part of the Access team and she will be sorely missed.

Ann was a unique soul, a colourful and very interesting character and a genuine lady...…she certainly left her mark in this world. She is now free from pain and back with family. Rest easy Ann.
