Ann brought life and colour and friendliness and smiles to all the athletic events she attended with Bill. The Tailteann Games were extra-special because they made it so. It was always a pleasure to meet Ann and be greeted by her. My sympathy to you all at this incredibly sad time.

Stevie and I were sorry to hear of Ann’s death and wish to offer our condolences to Bill and family. We were privileged to be in her company at many ISAA social events and found her a most charming and interesting person.

Dear Bill and AimeeLouise and Lorna Jane. We are so upset for you all. We have been waiting and praying every day since mid Jan when Ann joined Bill in St Vincent's. It is hard to believe how quickly her health changed. She fought so long to stay with you all. It is so unfair to be missing Raff growing up ...Ann was such a beautiful, friendly loyal vivacious person. Everyone who knows her mentions her beauty and her outgoing love of life. She has friends all over Ireland and in Spain who will miss her hugely. Chief among those friends are Hilda and Brendan Barrett . I join them and the rest of the Barrett family in sending you our heartfelt sympathy and grief over Ann's untimely passing. We will.miss her enormously.
