To Ann's sisters Celia, Ber and Judith, her brothers and daughters and extended family and loved ones. It was with deep sorrow that I learned just recently here in France of Ann's passing. I would like to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences for your huge loss. She was a remarkable person and has remained a big part of my (happy and mischievous) memories during our time shared at the Ursuline convent. I was always so impressed by her ambition, and the position she'd managed to obtain as a prefect there, not to mind the great respect everyone had toward her, including the teachers and nuns, she was a model pupil and a mentor for many. I was even more impressed knowing she was yere big sister on top of it. She will be sorely missed. May you one day find comfort and solace in the beautiful memories you shared, and in knowing she is no longer suffering. May she now rest in peace.
