Dear Alistair
I was so very sad to hear of Ann Martha's death. I wish to extend by deepest sympathy to you and Harriet as you mourn the loss of your beloved Ann Martha.
Ann Martha was respected by all her knew her in her work and as a sincere and considerate friend. You suited each other so well and both of you were blessed with an elegance and gracefulness in your way of being.

It will be a hard road ahead as you come to terms with her death. Your large circle of friends from your work, St. Bartholomew's and your wider circle will be of support in your grief.
