I have treasured memories of the Nolan household from our poker nights on St Stephen's Day to the big fry up after ringing in the New Year but most of all for the countless night's in the living room for epic sing-songs.

It is with great sadness that we learnt of the passing of Ann Nolan of Learning for Life. Ann worked for many years in Ballynanty before establishing her own Montessori school in Caherdavin in 2004. With an unwavering sense of social justice, she advocated always for children and their families. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. Our condolences to her family.
