I was very sorry to learn that Ann had passed away. She was a lovely lady who I knew through SMA Wilton and Togher church. She was always smiling and very friendly to chat with. She was devoted to her dear husband Jack RIP. My condolences to her family at this sad time.

Manys a Saturday was passed with my Parents and Ann having tea in the Timepiece Restaurant Dunnes Stores Bishopscourt and laughing at the weeks events or catching up on the latest happenings in Soap Opera Land. I have some great memories over the years as she was such a good friend to my late Mother, Josie. I remember in particular her annual trip with Kay and Phil to West Cork to visit us on holidays. Ann was a very close friend of our late Mother Josie and I have very fond memories over many years of Ann's smiling face (she was always in good form). She was such a lovely lady and a wonderful friend, our Mother loved their First Friday lunches (which went on way beyond lunchtime!). I know that Ann and Josie are together and having a good giggle. Mrs Sheehan always gave Margaret fabulous birthday parties back in the days when we were small. She always saved a huge Easter egg to share with all the girls in the estate. A lady to the core.
I won’t make it to the service as I can’t drive due to an injury at the moment but hope to call to her sister soon.
She put up some fight but she’s with her lovely husband now. Thinking of you all x
