Joanne, Ray & Adrian,

I’m so sorry to hear of your Mum’s passing, she was a fantastic woman who lived a full life.

I remember my first experience of baby sitting Keev when she was little to help Jo keep her entertained on the dart as Ann knew he could do with a girls help!

And then throughout covid Ann would be sitting at her window coaxing the cats out the window to my son Jack as she knew they were a major part of his morning entertainment while learning to walk down to the beach.

She was the kindest and gentlest of souls and she will be missed by all those who were lucky enough to have been a part of her life.
— Laura Whelan

I am so very saddened to learn of Ann’s passing. She was one of the kindest and sweetest neighbours in “Raheen”, as was her late husband, Joe. As a family just across the road, we had the pleasure and honour to grow up with such a wonderful neighbour & friend.

Our late Mum and Ann enjoyed their many chats and laughs over the wall! And Ann would frequently drop by with some of her wonderful cakes, not to mention the best meringues ever!

My deepest condolences go out to the Adrian, Ray, Joanne and the rest of the Boyle family.

Ann will definitely be missed by all who knew her, may she Rest In Peace.
— Patrick Kinsella

I was very sad indeed to hear your wonderful mothers death.
We were friends fpm about 1954 *when we were at Sion Hill. We had many adventures in our teenage years which I look back on as a golden time for us. Repression didn’t feature in our lives .
There were wonderful parties in 4 Willow Terrace . Dancing to Mack the Knife almost brought the ceiling down. .
I’ll always remember her in good times and in difficult times with great fondness and affection.
My sympathies and prayers at this difficult time
