Well well dear neighbour and friend in Wellington Road in the late seventies and eighties. You bought a photo landscape of mine I'd exhibited in Henrietta Street and we ended up talking late into the night when I'd brought it up the steps to number 9, just opposite my number 6. I thought at first you were eldest sister to Anna G and Arlette. You were always young and vibrant, and full of history, life and passionate in your views and presence. You delighted in my children, Peter, Jessica and Andrew-John, (now deceased - may you meet him on the other side if there is one! And indeed Helen Keville who always welcomed you at her house parties in Dalkey.)
May you rest in peace without all your later pains, my love as ever to you in those Wellington Road and Sandymount days and evenings - what a garden you loved keeping in Park Avenue and of course of late in Park Court.
May you be at peace and your wonderful library of books find happy homes. The birds will miss you!! See you soon love.

RIP Anna, and condolences to all family and friends. I had the pleasure of meeting Anna 5 years ago in sandymount and she showed me her bird feeder with squirrels and all kinds of feathered friends.
I was very sorry to learn only last week of Anna's passing. I met her at the Arts Club several years ago when we were both in the Irish Byron Society. Always with an interesting story, and a wonderful reader of poems, I recall her interest in my daughter's devotion to Audrey Hepburn and how she very kindly gave her a book on the actress. We both suffered from having too many books....May Anna rest peacefully

My deepest condolences to Anna Jr., her brother in the UK and all of Anna’s extended family. I will really miss you Anna. We become very good friends when Anna moved into her bungalow in Park Court. I was so happy when she moved in next door to me. I met Arlette RIP first and she introduced me to her mother Anna.
As I water the flowers in the garden I think of you Anna. You loved the garden and your plants. May you rest in peace, you deserve it.

Anna and I were friends for very many years. She was well acquainted with the ups and downs of life and met them all with inimitable style and indomitable spirit. "She loved life", she once told me, was a description that would sum her up pretty well. Through everything, her courage, unending kindness and deep humanity never wavered and were evident right to the end. Thanks for the memories, Anna. Rest in peace. Condolences to her daughter Anna, brother Derry and all her family.
