Our deepest condolences go out to all of the Hanmore family. We met Anna over 40 yrs ago through her brother Kelly, our wonderful friend and neighbor all these years. Many a weekend I would sit and talk to Anna outside on Kelly's patio and in the early years before Peter passed engaging in fond conversations with the two of them. Funny thing, I found out coincidentally then that Anna actually worked for the Murray brother's at the time, one of whom was my parish priest, then high school principal when I was young. What a small world when you think of the odds that we would meet and know the same people.

I met many a Hanmore family member who visited the states living next door to my dear Irish friend and all of them were so very warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure to visit Ireland last June and Kelly's niece Karen was so kind to give us a tour of Connemara while we were in Galway. It was wonderful to visit your beautiful country and to be welcomed with such generosity and warmth.

Anna and I exchanged cards on St. Patrick's day every year when she returned home to retire. I looked forward to them. My name being Patricia, it was nice to get an Irish greeting from the land of my patron saint. May she rest in peace.
