I was so sorry to hear of your passing. I have such fond memories of you both and of being in your home every St Stephen’s Day when I was a child with Maureen, Maurice and my brother Laurence. I also remember visiting as an adult with my son's Shane and Daniel on special occasions.

The warmth, kindness and welcome you shared left a lasting impression on me and are part of some of my happiest childhood memories.

My thoughts are with Paddy, Karen and all the family at this very sad time. You will always be remembered with great affection. May you rest in peace. Ar dheis de go raibh a anam.

Forever together.

A real life love story ,it brings to my mind the film "the notebook ". It's very hard losing your parents together but consolation that they are together again . Similar circumstances happened my grandparents ,they were 6 weeks apart , heartbreaking but it showed the love they had for one another , thinking of you all , may Anne and John rest in peace together .
