I will always remember Aunt Ann's and Uncle Joe's gracious hospitality when they welcomed us to Ireland. Joe was my father, Patrick Carroll's brother. Ann dazzled us with her culinary expertise and fabulous dinners. She was the epitome of kindness. May the angels welcome her to heaven and rest softly by her beloved husband Joe.
So sorry to hear of Anne's passing, late on Sunday evening. Unfortunatley unable to attend her Mass on Monday morning. Lovely memories of Anne and Joe.
