Condolences to Anne's family and friends. She gave me a lovely book on knitted toys. I have used it a lot and will think of her when I use it in the future. May she rest in peace.

We have known Anne for many years now through Ballyroan U3A. She was a really special lady, always friendly, good company on our outings and away holidays and helpful with suggestions and advice at all times. We will miss her smiles and good humour .

So sad to hear of Anne's passing. A bright light has left our world.

Anne was such a supportive friend to me as an older mother of a young toddler, constantly saying he wouldn't be a nuisance at the library knitting group. He grew up adoring her, quite happy at the age of 20 to throw his arms around her when last December he visited the monthly knitters group she generously hosted in her home.
