It's a very fond memory and we will be remembering Anne in our prayers.
Our Dad, John Reynolds (Anne's Grandmother, Margaret Conway Gilchrist, and his Father, James Reynolds, were first cousins), spoke always with much fondness and affection of his Gilchrist cousins and of the many happy times he spent in Ramore and of the fun he had at the saw mill with the extended Gilchrist family both as a child and in later years. His two brothers, Malachy and Tommy, also received their carpentry training with their Gilchrist cousins in Ramore and enjoyed many happy times there.
May Anne rest in Eternal Peace.

We grew up neighbours, two fields apart. This sad news awakens fond memories from then: the smell of freshly sawn timber wafting on the wind, sounds from an engine and belt-driven saws, and images of stacks of timber and mounds of chippings and sawdust in their back yard, where Anne’s father Owen and uncle Paddy, gifted craftsmen, made and repaired wooden wheels, carts and the like. Her photograph shows Anne exactly as I remember her from almost sixty years ago, and reminds me of her mother Mary Kate too. My condolences to her immediate family, to her sister Mary and to the wider families
