Sincere sympathy to Eoghan and the Halion family on the untimely passing of Anne. I have fond memories of many a tea break with Anne when we were both in offices in Irish Life. A lovely kind and fun person. May she rest in peace and you find comfort in your cherished memories.

I had the great pleasure of working with Anne for the best part of a decade in Leitrim & Longford. She was a lovely person with a great sense of humour, a wise counsel and someone with generosity of spirit always ready to guide and help staff at all levels.
She will be sadly missed throughout the Local Authority Sector.

My heartfelt condolences to Eoghan and the Halion family at this terribly sad time. I spent some of the happiest years of my life living with Anne in ‘No.4’ in Phibsboro. We had so much fun together and could write a book on the antics! We went on our first sun holiday to Greece together and watched numerous sunrises from the sun loungers on the beach on our way home from the nightclubs! Anne lived life to the full and I’m heartbroken for her that her life was cut so short. Anne was a beautiful person and brought so much fun and happiness to all of us. Rest in Peace Anne x x
