Lucia and I attended a prayer group with Eric and Anne. We were greatly blessed by them. Our condolences to their family on Anne's passing to the Lord Jesus. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Anne, I can never thank you enough for so willingly and fully taking me into your home, family and life. I tell many people that the happiest day of my live was the day I married your daughter Sharon and the luckiest being the day I met her. But the smartest may have been the day I promised you that Sharon and I would not be getting married on a remote desert island, but in fact getting married here in Ireland. That definitely got me on your good side. I can never repay the faith, trust and support you showed by welcoming me, and my family so completely into your home. You won’t be forgotten, you’ll be remembered by your children, grandchildren, in-laws and friends who will continue to love, admire and emulate you everyday.

Dear Sharon and Brian-

Anne was a fun, friendly and beautiful person. A light shone in her eyes and her smile could launch a thousand ships.
She loved children, not least her own seven babies. Sharon, Liz and lads, you were gifted with a very special mother.

The first time I met and chatted to Anne, she offered to babysit my daughter. I was blown away by her generosity. A deeply genuine lady. It was a pleasure to have known her, albeit briefly.

I would have enjoyed more time with you, Anne. Rest peacefully and know that those you have left behind feel pain in our hearts at your sudden parting. We are better people for having known you. xx
