Such a shock to hear of Anne’s death; we have remained friends from my first day in Dominican Convent, such a very talented Singer, with a heavenly voice, no one could compare to. My heart goes out to Paddy, Jason and Oisin and their Families, and especially to her Mum, Queenie, who must be heartbroken. To all Anne’s Sisters, Angela,Maureen, Marian, and Rosaleen and her Brother, Edmund. May Anne be with Patrick again and may she be at peace. I will listen to all your beautiful songs on your albums, you gave me when they were released and I will never forget you. Also the cassette you made for Con, with all his favourites on it. Sleep in peace Anne. Geraldine Greenan. (Walsh).
I just learned of Anne's sad passing when I made my occasional visit into the Mudcap website last night (28th Jan 2021). To me Anne, along with her late uncle, Willie Brady, was one of the finest Ballad Singers I ever heard. Rest In Peace, Anne.

Sincere condolences Paddy and family. Treasured memories of Anne and you. I have no doubt she has already joined the choir of Angelicals, Cherubim or Seraphim or probably both. I regret not being able to attend the funeral because of necessary restrictions, so I hope that we might meet later in the year, maybe with Betty. I still treasure the gift ye gave to me for my Ordination and it always brings you both to mind. Your exemplary care for Anne has been a great witness to me of the goodness of which we are all capable. Keeping you in my prayers, sincerely, Paul
