Dear Peter and Therese,

my deepest condolences to you two and the rest of your family on your loss. Anne truly was a kind soul and the world was a better place with her in it. During the few months I stayed with her I got to know her as a funny, lighthearted and above all warm person. A great storyteller, who I always enjoyed having a chat with. She was someone, who deeply cared for those around her and always had an anecdote to share about either one of you, Scooby or Oscar. I hope those two are doing well.
May Anne rest in peace.

I’m so sorry to hear of Anne’s passing. She was a great friend to my sister Ruth (who lives in Australia). Every time Ruth came back for a holiday, they would meet up at my house, and we’d have wonderful chats together. We all shared our love of cats and often visited Scobbie and Oscar — they will surely miss Anne too.
The world is a better place for having had Anne as part of it.

Such a sad day when I heard that Anne had died.I had the privilege and the pleasure of working with her in DSP in Tallaght.She shared many stories about her sister Therese and her brother Myles but non more than about you Peter her treasured son.She adored the ground you walked upon. I’ve been blessed to know you for nearly 60 years, and I will always remember our wonderful adventures together — our trips to Greece and Cyprus, and your visit to me in Australia. We had such great fun!
I’ll never forget our journeys around Ireland — we always got lost, but we laughed ourselves silly every time.
