Shocked to hear this now on St Patrick’s Day. My mother Carmel née Daly was a great friend of hers. Requiescat in pace. A lovely lady.
Sincere sympathy to the Savage Family on the sad passing of Anne. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam uasal. Ann and Aidan White, Shannon, Co. Clare
I had first got to know
Anne through Mrs Una Duffy, a near neighbour. Anne was a lovely kind pleasant person, always lovely to meet chat and talk to. We'd talk about Una and when Una got ill it was Ann I would depend on for "bulletins" on how Una was because Anne visited her, and I know my own regards were passed on to Una via Anne. You'd always meet her walking. We've lost a lovely person and my condolences to Anne's nearest and dearest at this sad time.
