I am so sad to hear of Ann’s passing. She was such a light and positive energy around all those who were lucky enough to know her. Sending all of my love to the Stewart and McGlade families. I’ll also share a poem that brought me comfort in times of loss:

We little knew that morning,
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved your dearly,
In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide
And though we cannot see you,
You are always by our side.

Our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again.
Sincerest sympathies to the Stewart and McGlade families on the passing of Anne. She was a larger than life character who lit up every room she entered. All the McGlades were of similiar ilk and were a breath of fresh air when they came to Cork in the 70's.
