My deepest sympathy to Anne's family on her untimely passing. She was a very popular, professional and highly intellegent colleague in the Dept of Industry and Commerce, later Enterprise & Employment. May she rest in peace.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Anne's death. In the short time we were colleagues in the Personnel Division of the then Dept of industry and Commerce she was a brilliant worker with a great sense of humour. My condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.

We were so sorry to hear about Anne's passing, she had been a wonderful supporter and Board member of the NCBI (now Vision Ireland), her warmth, intelligence and commitment was a inspiration for everyone in the organisation that she encountered.

She served for 9 years on the various NCBI Board's and Chaired the Foundation Board for a number years, leading it with compassion and insight.

I worked with Anne myself throughout this period and found her a rock of good sense, kind and caring, it was always a pleasure to meet with her and learn from her extensive experience.

She will be missed by everyone in Vision Ireland and we are a better organisation thanks to her.

A true friend for over 58 years. I well remember the wonderful annual holidaysin Incheydoney. I don't think I ever made an important decision in the ladt five decades without the wise counsel of the Oracle. You were always so measured and level headed in your consideration of problems.
