Nan was an incredible lady with the biggest heart and so much kindness. She was beautiful both inside and out and I know how much she will be missed by those close to her. We loved the time we spent with her in Charlton. May she rest in peace and be united with loved ones who are no longer with us. It is a very sad day saying goodbye.
