My sincere condolences to The Family and loved ones of Annette. While working at Carrigoran in 2020, I had the pleasure of making her acquaintance.
Annette was a beautiful endearing woman who left a lasting impression. We were kindred in our appreciation of poetry, Annette could readily recite poetry from her time as school principal.
May her beautiful soul Rest in Peace.

My sincere sympathy to Colm, John,Gerard,Anne, Kevin Carol and extended family on the death of your dear Mam Annette. She had a very long and fulfilled life and was so involved in her local community. I didn’t know of her death until early on Saturday and so was able to participate in her funeral Mass online. It was a very lovely and fitting tribute to her long life. No doubt you will miss her but she and Dad will be guiding you from above. I have no addresses for any of you but will have Mass offered for her here in Tralee. May she rest in eternal love and peace as her many good deeds go with her. 🙏

I easily recollect occasions when I met Annette - that was quite often when we were all much younger. She always had a noticeable presence - great to chat to and with a clarity of thought and expression. Regretfully, I didn't get to see her for many years.
Having just hear of her passing, I offer my sympathies to her immediate family, who looked after her well, and to her wider family.
