Dear Mary and family, we were so sorry to hear of Annette’s passing. I remember her kindness and warmth. Please accept our heartfelt condolences at this difficult time. You are all in our thoughts.

Adios Amiga !! Cuanto siento que no pueda volver a pasear contigo como tantas mañanas por nuestra hermosa playa que tanto te gustaba. Sumergirnos en intensas conversaciones e, interesantes discusiones que hacían de nuestros paseos, un encuentro emocionante y emocionado siempre.
Te voy a echar mucho de menos en mi vida...Tenaz y Luchadora amiga. Tan fuerte y tan vulnerable !!
Me alegra saber que te has ido desde un hogar acogedor y sintiendo el amor de tu familia. Solo he tenido el placer de conocer a Mary y a su marido un poco pero suficiente como para sentirlos cercanos siempre. Saber que sus cuidados te han acompañado hasta el final es para mi una alegría y un gran consuelo.
La Familia !! Ese extraño e inabarcable sistema tan complicado, tan necesario y querido. Aquí dejas otra familia que te quiere y te admira, tus amigas y amigos.
Un fuerte abrazo y mucho ánimo a toda tu familia y amigos.

Fui alumna de Annette King en el colegio de San Luis Gonzaga. Mi más sentido pésame a su familia. Fue una profesora muy querida por sus alumnos y compañeros. En los últimos años la vimos muy animada en las fiestas de antiguos alumnos y la volvimos a ver. La echaremos mucho de menos. Formó parte de una de las etapas más bonitas de mi vida. Descansa Annette en Paz.

Mi sentido pésame para la familia la conocí y me llevé un gran recuerdo de ella.

So very sad, remembering Annette who stayed with us many years ago in NYC - maybe 27 - as suggested by her cousin Mary and we had some great dinners.
Sadly two acquaintances on today's list - getting old myself. My sympathy to you all and her extended family.
