Remember his race horse NAILER and the times Anthony would leave his cigar boxes on the wall for us !!!and also patricia and Anthony would bring us to the Grove cinema. Anthony was a great school friend in our days at CBS Secondary Athy.
We were all very proud of him in 1964 when he donned the white jersey and played for the Kildare Minor Football Team including a match in Croke Park.

Very saddened to learn of Anthony’s death and especially so when I’ve been unable to attend the funeral . As Mammys godson he always had a special place in her heart and a great fondness for hm in our family and as our cousin . Though sadly the crossing of our paths was much less as we all aged, the affection in which Anthony was held remained undimmed.

Deepest sympathy to Trish, Peter, John and the extended Lynch family of the passing of Anthony. So glad I got to see him one more time in Mohill last month and he was his usual jovial self. Many a tall story he told. Sorry I cant be there today but will be thinking of you all.

I remember visiting him in Cloney when he lived there.
