Like others, I knew him from the gates at Waterpark NS and it was always such a pleasure to have a chat with him. He was a kind, warm man and I often had great conversations with him about all kinds of subjects.

He was such a lovely man. Always a wave, a smile and a chat if he wasn’t already busy talking to someone!
His generosity extended to lollipops which we all enjoyed.

We were extremely saddened Jackie to hear this news today. Your Dad was a pure gentleman. We first met him of course at Waterpark NS gates
collecting the lads and then throughout the many years as they grew up and your Dad played such an important role. He was very proud of them. I often met him walking on the river path and we would stop for a chat , always enquiring about the boys . We are thinking of you all at this awful sad time. Rest in Peace now Tony

I was very sorry to hear this news today. I first met Tony at Waterpark national school when he was collecting his grandchildren and i was collecting my son. What a lovely kind and gentle man. Always a pleasure to meet him and have a chat. Rest in peace Tony .
