I have very fond memories of Anthony when he was in his teens visiting my mam and dad in Ballyfermot.He had a great sense of humour plenty of laughter when he was around.

I got to know Tony through my husband Gareth who worked on the taxi rank with Tony, I remember Gareth speaking so fondly of Tony and when I first spoke to Tony I could see why.

Tony, you were an absolute gent, your kindness shone through your smile, laughter and the way you so kindly treated others, especially our son Callum, he often came back from the square or the Rovers match after chatting with you with the biggest smile, he loved the chats with you and your grandson at the matches.

My thoughts and prayers are with your beautiful wife Susan, your children, grandchildren whom you often spoke so fondly and proudly about. Rest easy Tony.
