We have just hear the very sad news. Condolences to Tony's family. We so enjoyed his visits to West Wicklow, his stories, his expertise and most of all his laugh. We will miss him.

So sad to hear of the passing of Tony , he had many springs to his bow , his love of reading and elocution which he used to teach as a hobby in Castleknock college. He loved Oscar Wilde and his favourite was The Shelfish Giant, it showed His Faith at the end of it .Which meant alot to him. RIP Tony

So sad to hear that Tony has passed away. Wonderful memories of caring for Maura and the great chats with Tony. Such a lovely man, and his great love for animals.

Tony was a great character, he did the first Dublin City marathon back in 1980 and only finished up a few years ago raising alot of money for the irish guide dogs . He will be fondly remembered for his famous laugh and great sense of humour. RIP TONY
