My dad well we were told you had weeks left but nothing could prepare us for the final moments the loss the pain in our hearts the emptiness we feel thanks dad for the best memories and all the memories the grandkids have and you will always be in our hearts love you dad from johnny paula Adam Leah and Katie xx

Dad u fought so hard in the end letting u go it was the hardest day of my life a day I'll never forget . U took a part of me with u . I absolutely love u to the moon and back .
