Arthur Hennessy

I only discovered today that Arthur had passed recently. I have very fond memories of working with Arthur in his Garda PSV inspector days and he was the finest gentleman I had the pleasure of knowing. I recall the very many technical inspections we carried out jointly over the years. I am genuinely very sad at Arthur's passing, as he was one of a kind.

RIP Arthur........ it was a pleasure to know you.
