Our heartfelt sympathy to you, Mairéad and to Eoin, Laura & Jane. Arthur first came to Glinsk in 1998 and his engineering vision astonished us all. His abilility to look at a raw site and visualise all its possibilities was unique.
This vision was matched by his commitment and dedication to seeing the project move on from concept to reality. Glinsk Heritage Park will stand as a memorial to his engineering skills.
But we will remember Arthur also for his loyal friendship and the deep personal bonds he carved with us and above all, for being a gentleman whom we were privileged to have known.

I met Art as a classmate this year in Ballyferriter, and was shocked and saddened to learn of his passing on Saturday morning. Now back in the US, I am remembering him as a truly gentle man.
