I landed in the Aux Fire Service in 1990.....Arthur was one of my first Instructors, and to many, was also a father figure whom we all looked up to. Arthur was an
absolute gentleman and a great ambassador for the Civil Defence and life in general. He kept in touch with many of us and loved to reminisce of story's of old.
My sincere condolences to all of Arthur’s family, may he rest in peace.
