With shock and sadness we just heard of Audrey's death, may she rest in peace.
Eric, Clódagh, Mark, the Mackey and Lennon families we send our sincere condolences to you all at this difficult time of parting and separation.
As we light a candle for you and Audrey we watch the flickering flame guide her to her eternal reward among the Angels, in company of her dearly beloved Jason.
So many lovely memories of her and the family when we lived in Shannon.
The fun with the children and the other neighbours in that lovely time and place are a fading thing of the past.
Audrey was such a delightful person, we had many a laugh and chat especially about the Galway /Limerick camogie and hurling.
I recall when her dad, rest in peace Mick Mackey died, I did a hurley arrangement for her, she was so delighted with it.
May I say I'm sorry we didn't meet more often, especially in the Motorhome circle.

As part of the cadre of Cronan mammies, she features in so many of my early memories. I’ll always recall her kindness, sense of humour and superior skipping skills! How lucky we were to have Audrey and her fellow mammies to make our childhoods magical. We truly were the richest children in the world.

I wish to offer my deepest condolences to Eric, Clodagh, Mark, and to all who love and mourn Audrey. A lifetime ago, as a young girl growing up in Cronan, she was so very kind to me. Her warm smile and gentle way, was huge loss to me when we left Shannon. I have thought of her and the Lennon's often over the last 40 years. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
