There are no words to express all my sympathy for your grief! It is next to impossible to find something that could heal your deep pain. I know that our Heavenly Father is especially close to you now as it is said: "during all their distress it was distressing to him" (Isaiah 63:9). He made sure that in His Word you can find very comforting hope. God promised to "swallow up death forever" and "wipe away the tears from all faces" (Isaiah 25:8). Our Heavenly Father wants people to live not die! He is a very loving Father, and never separates parents from their children. Just on the contrary, God promises to reunite the families. In John 5:28, 29 we read: "Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". Isn't a beautiful hope? Your beloved Jamie will be brought back to life again! God cannot lie. He will resurrect Jamie and millions of those who have died.I have read about this Bible based hope on jw when I lost my father not so long ago. It gives me strength, and I do believe this knowledge can also give you strength not to despair.
