So saddened, I worked with Barbara in the Unicorn Restaurant back in the 90’s she was such fun everyone at the Unicorn loved her. Some great times. My dearest friend Barbara, only just found out today. Bloody Australia so far away from everyone. I'm gonna miss you so so much my beautiful sweet girl. Dublin will not be the same without you. Ed and Ross words are completely hopeless in times like these but she was so loved by so many people and was the happiest person I ever knew.

I was so sorry to hear of the lovely Barbara's untimely passing. Like a lot of people have said, who also had the pleasure of working with her along the way, she was a really warm and bubbly person. I had great chats and laughs with her and remember her fondly. She always spoke of Ross and Ed and you could tell how important her family was to her. Thinking of you all.

Dear Ed and Ross, I am absolutely gutted and shocked to hear of beautiful Barbara's passing. It feels like only a few weeks ago that we were all having a drink upstairs after your gig in Whelan's. It was a great night made all the more so by Barbara's humour, fun and energy. It's clear from all the heartfelt messages here that she was greatly loved by all who knew and met her. And Ross carries all his mum's qualities of kindness and love. Sending you both my love and deepest condolences at this painful time.
